NVD Trading Ltd is the leading Vehicle Services and Logistics company in Ireland. We have excellent career opportunities in New Ross for Brand Account Executives to join our Customer Experience Team to work on the world’s largest automotive brand accounts.

 

Summary of Position

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Brand Account Executive to join our Customer Experience Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting the management and administration of all customer-facing activities to ensure the successful execution of our services to customers in Ireland and the UK. You will serve as a driving force for developing improved processes and initiatives within the department to deliver a world-class customer experience and achieve associated targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or operations, Ideally in the automotive industry but not essential
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Possess a customer first mindset with the ability to influence colleagues
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive  approach to work
  • Ideally possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and set up of all customer related services that we provide from initial receipt of vehicle through to delivery
  • Work closely with the customers to capture customer requirements and  maintain customer satisfaction
  • Maintain excellent working knowledge of the industry – understands trends and
  • anticipates future changes
  • Help in developing a customer focus culture and mindset to improve the customer experience
  • Work with other team members and internal departments to deliver our customers requirements
  • Root cause analysis in performance & failures
  • Ensure key stakeholders are kept informed across relevant project activities
  • You will assist in maintaining and improving the customer and vehicle journey through NVD’s supply chain with support from all business units within NVD
  • Dealing with your customer account queries in an efficient and professional manner
  • Conduct customer meetings as required and associated reporting
